Primecare develops and manages healthcare provider networks. They represent a network of over 600 primary care physicians and over 1,200 specialists and help customers to find a physician that's right for them. Primecare came to Think Tank Designs to create a new member portal section of their website that would make it as easy as possible for members to find a doctor in their area, get relevant info about Medicare Plan coverage, review accepted health plans, search for wellness & events info and contact customer service.

The client wanted to provide a consumer portal for their members. They wanted to be able to create a portal that would better serve their clients' ongoing needs in the most user-friendly manner possible.

Think Tank Designs first evaluated the client's needs and came up with a comprehensive site strategy. The solution involved taking the pages the client needed incorporated into the site and developing the site's architecture and wireframes, followed by a website design to match prior customer correspondence and include all relevant content.

Once the structure and design was set, Think Tank Designs finished building out the design for the other main pages of the site. The designs were then coded and handed off to Primecare's in-house web development team for final implementation and launch.
